Transfers to or from a Panthers Juniors Club to another districts Juniors Club.

 A team and/or club that is intending to travel/tour to participate in match/matches against a team outside of its State League

  Players may apply for dispensation to participate in an age group one (1) year below that of their ‘natural’ age  

 Players born between July and December may apply to play down one (1) age group

  Players with appropriate skills and physicality may apply to participate in competition one (1) or two (2) years above their natural age group

Players may apply to claim compensation for injury rehabilitation
