Would begin in June 2025 approximately and run alongside your normal Saturday comp
10 weeks roughly with finals on top of that

Yes if you are not playing Rugby League this year you can play. Even if in 2024 or prior you played out of district, so long as you are not playing in 2025 you will be allowed to play
